    1. Turn Device Off

    2. Press and Hold Power button, Volume Up Button, and Home Key Until you See Android Icon

    3. Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset using the Power Button. Use the Volume Down button to browse through the Menus

    4. Select Yes - Delete all user data and then press the Power Button to choose the Selection

    5. Once rebooted, use the Power Button to select any option you want to choose.
