1. Turn off your Device.
2. Now your device is powered off
3. Swipe you finger on the slide to power off.
4. Now Connect your Device to your Windows or Mac PC.
5. Open iTunes.
6. Press and Hold the Home Button.
7. The Connect to iTunes Screen will display.
8. On the Windows or Mac Computer you will get a message saying, "There is a problem with the device that requires it to be updated or restored" or " The software on device needs to be restored to factory settings or updated" or "iTunes has detected an device in recovery mode. Your must restore this iPhone before it can be used with iTunes".
9. Click on OK on the message box and then click restore in iTunes or just click restore in the message box.
